At Cosmic Inks, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right with your order, here’s exactly how our refund process works.
1. Eligibility for Refund Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- The item delivered does not match the size, color, or design ordered.
- Your order was lost or significantly delayed in transit (beyond the timeframe committed at checkout).
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Products that are unused, unwashed, and returned without original tags/packaging — these are only eligible for exchange, not refund (as per our Returns & Exchange terms).
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products.
- Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer (exchange may be possible, subject to availability).
2. Reporting an Issue If your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos/video of the product and packaging showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.

3. Refund Process
- Once your request is approved, we may ask you to ship the product back to us, or in some cases, request photo/video proof only.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality check (unused, unwashed, tags intact, original packaging).
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7–8 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- To cancel an order, email us at support@cosmicinks.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method within 7-8 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Charges Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong, damaged, or defective product was shipped due to an error on our part.
6. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders For orders paid via COD, refunds (where applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. You’ll need to share your bank/UPI details with our support team to complete the refund.
